Hmm.
Took a little longer to post this but that was because I was making a new deck.
Here's the main card:
Yes, it's Harpie Lady. The normal one. Not Cyber Hapie Lady, Harpie Lady #1 or any other Harpie Lady you can think of.
Ever since the new Harpie cards came out, there's been a hype over the old archetype. (Konami's scheme to get more money.)
Going onto how the deck works, normal monsters have a fair bit of support. Cards can include Just-break, the mirror force for vanillas, Faustian Bargain, and Swing of Memories.
More images, yay.
I don't even need to explain why this card is included. Broken.
Interesting card. Helps recycle your Harpie Ladies and acts as a stronger CED (Compulsory Evacuation Device). Seeing as the deck involves a lot of searching with the new archetype cards, you will need something to put them back into the deck otherwise you'll have no more cards to search out.
Fun card. No, really. It's easy to get out and it can bounce up to three cards of your opponents to the deck.
As you've probably noticed, WIND monsters focus quite a lot on returning things to the deck/hand in Yu-Gi-Oh. This deck basically abuses that and bounces cards left and right.
Of course, these are just ideas. The rest of the deck can function as a "normal" Harpie Lady deck, where you summon out big Rank7 cards or pop tonnes of backrow.
I can't really say much about it since it's still in testing but you can do that for me! (You don't have to but I'd still recommend trying out this build.)
Not much but it's still something and it's rather interesting as well. That's all for this week. No more.
None.

Harpie Lady :
She's pretty :3. Pretty deadly D:<.

Rescue Rabbit :
Cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck. You can banish this face-up card you control; Special Summon 2 Level 4 or lower Normal Monsters with the same name from your Deck. Destroy them during the End Phase. You can only use the effect of "Rescue Rabbit" once per turn.

Quill Pen of Gulldos :
Target 2 WIND monsters in your Graveyard and 1 card on the field; shuffle both of those first 2 targets into your Deck and return the other to the hand.

Spoiler :
2 Level 4 WIND monsters
When this card is Xyz Summoned: Target 1 Set card your opponent controls; return it to the bottom of the Deck. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; return it to the top of the Deck.
