Creativity: 4/10 - based off game/anime i never give better than a 7
Spelling/Grammar/Syntax: 3/10 - most cards have errors at the very least with syntax. they don't read like real cards should.
Pics: 2/10 - most are all white or black backgrounds which look awful. there's no way that's the best pics you can find.
Balance: 2/10 - most cards are severely overpowered. most cards have only positive effects with no negative effect that balances them out at all. Aka, these cards would all end up banned.
My Opinion: 2/10 - you went for quantity of quality without thinking much about any of the cards you made. that's just no good. try again and next time you make cards be sure to find decent pics, work on your grammar, and make sure the cards are balanced and not overpowered.

Final Rating: 2.6/10

Those cards have too much power. Try not to make the effects so powerful.
