Deck changing after a lost match: Allowed.
Form of communication: DN, forums, Skype.

Deadline: 25 days
Banned decks: Exodia, mill, stall, burn. FTK and OTK decks will be allowed, so long as they are not variants of any of the decks listed prior to this specification.

bubbles is full of crap! he lost the 2nd round and we need to finish the third! my tiras was still suppose to be alive when dina flipped and he had nothing else in hand! i looked it up and dina doesnt destroy tiras while he has materials on it, so he lost the second round and we need to finish the the 3rd, if bubbles is really gonna take this win, then take me out of this war because im sick and tired of playing trolls! whatup1111 was there to witness and can clarity everything im saying!

I'm going to edit the OP. Firstly, I can't verify how the rest of the round might have gone with Tiras on the field without a screenshot. Round 2 is going to have to be redone. I don't have a screenshot to determine who would have likely won based on the circumstances, so I'm basing my decision off of that, which is as fair as I can get unless you can give me a screen, Chovy.
