War Format: Hearts (15 per team)
Deck changing after a won match: Not allowed.
Deck changing after a lost match: Allowed.
Form of communication: DN, forums, Skype.
Judges: Bubbles, Danica, the Great
Deadline: 25 days
Banned decks: Exodia, mill, stall, burn. FTK and OTK decks will be allowed, so long as they are not variants of any of the decks listed prior to this specification.

Each team is allowed two substitutes.

Who made the line-up for slifers? xD

Did either of you two read that the final match would be recorded, and should wait for Fluffy to do so? I'm debating on whether or not I'll count that match since neither of you can apparently follow directions.

danica dont be a sore loser and we werent gonna wait all day for fluffy
we both trying recording but our pc was lagging so we both agree to continue the duel

Not being a sore loser. I don't care if Ra lost this match. We were down by 5 hearts, so it was likely. The point is is that you two didn't follow directions and aren't running the tourny. The point of recording the final duel was to provide content on DA to improve the quality of the site. Either way the tourny will be finished, so if it's going to end it should ideally end with something worth while. I also never said I wouldn't count it for sure, but for now I'm going to keep the results pending. I'll likely end it if Fluffy can't arrange to record it tomorrow, or unless either of you two can do so next time, assuming that I don't count this.

counting on fluffy knowing him his gonna make it not count so ra gets another heart idc for either since im ra, but the duel happen just let it be me and what upp will duel later on pro witch is better and auto makes it look sexy

Well, I don't care what medium the game takes place on, and I'm not doing it to keep Ra from winning. I had explicitly stated that the final match would be recorded for the rest of the members to see, so in that case I don't really care who records it. I just picked Fluffy because I know for a fact that he has the ability to do it without problems.
