if i play dust tornado and use the second effect of setting a card if i set a trap can i activate it this turn? confused

NO you cannot active it in that turn

you can't couse you have just seted

You can't activate a trap on the turn it was set...

As everybody said. You can't activate the card you just set in the same turn.
