How Do I Beat Prophecy Decks

YES. i need to know how to build an anti-prophecy deck.
the only anti-prophecy card i know of is seal of the forbidden spell. because it can MEGA-BAN any card in the deck for the entire duel

Macro cosmos kills the deck if they only run 1 alma, and even with 3 they get kinda owned because of the removal of all their spellbooks and therefor all their recycling with tower is dead ;D
