use a Synchron deck such as junk doppel or Dandy warrior .-.

eh, i think i know what you mean, when it says synchro tuner, it means a monster that is both a synchro and a tuner monsters, like formula synchron or tg wonder magician, and the other monster must be synchro too

TG librarian isn't a synchro tuner ._.

Summon it by using 1 Synchro Tuner (both synchro AND tuner monster) + 2 or More synchro monster who's total levels = 12.


How to summon it with a deck is usually done by using a deck such as Fabled quasar, Quickdraw Synchro or decks like that, which synchro summon very easily and many times.

You forgot to mention Lavals ._.

I'm disappointed.

Anyways, there currently only are 3 Synchro Tuner monsters, which would be Formula Synchro, T.G. Wonder Magician and Life Stream Dragon.
Look out for those cards, they are the only way to summon Shooting Quasar Dragon and T.G. Halberd Cannon.

Easiest way is the one mentioned in the wikia's tips using a Quickdraw Synchron, a Level Eater and a Synchron Explorer.

or a rekindle combo as stated by Irate ._.

i personally use lavals with Nova rather than Quasar though... because 5 tuners in grave on turn 1 ._.
