Just A question about resources!

I am an avid GFX/Forum Sig maker and wanted to ask a few things:

I use GIMP 2.6 for my sigs, what programs do you use?

Other than this forum, where would be a good place to get renders (not just YGO renders!)

Photoshop, it's just the best for me.

GIMP have limited tools, i'll suggest you start using Photoshop. As for resources you can try Divnat Art, Photobucket, or just google them.
