Is there a card that functions similar to scrap iron scarecrow but for spells/traps? + more

Hello, I wanted to know if there was a trap or quickplay spell that works somewhat like scrap iron scarecrow but towards spells. traps, spells/traps.

Namely it gets activated, negates the activation or destroys the spell or trap and then is flipped back in facedown position.

Also: Is scrap iron scarecrow's use limited each turn? Or can it be triggered countless times?

Third question : Is Dark bribe only possible to activate when my opponent activates his spell/trap? Or more specifically, can it be used to destroy an active fieldcard?

Finally: can Royal decree be negated by dark bribe or is dark bribe not possible to use as royal decree blocks all other traps from being activated?

Yes scrap crow (as i call it) can only be used once per turn cause after you use it it gets set again.

You cannot use dark bribe on a field spell is already on a field, you can only use it when your opponet activates the spell/trap its self.

Yes bribe can negate decree because it is spell speed 3 and can thus chain to it ._. how ever if decree is already on the field then no it can't.

And no there is no card like scrap crow for spell/traps.

Dark bribe is a counter trap card means it's a speed spell 3 card, royal decree is a continues trap card means speed spell 2 card, speed spell 3 cards can negate all speed spell 2 cards means dark bribe negates the "ACTIVATION" of royal decree, same goes for dark bribe on cards already activated, Dark bribe negates the "activation of cards" if a card is already activated you can't use it.

When Scrap-Iron Scarecrow sets itself on the field, it cannot be used again in the same turn. Basic rule: Traps cannot be used on the turn they are set.

dust tornado, being a normal trap (spell speed 2), can also destroy decree, as when chained it hasnt resolve and it doesnt do anything, spell speed 2 also can be chained to spell speed 2. also when chaining to a continuous trap or spell, it doesnt resolve like other cards and it effects dissapear
