Introduction
Well, this tournament should have been hosted in March, because the name comes from the NCAA, but now it is April. This will be a 16-32 people tournament depending on how many people sign up. It will be bracket style and I will inform you soon about that after sign ups.

3. Respect your opponent.
4. Cheating will NOT be tolerated
5. If you can't find your opponent, PM me 2 days prior to the deadline with proof and I will take action.
