dont see how this is good since people will just use the internet and find all the answers seems ok though if you dont mind cheating

1.  Dark Magician

2.  Nothing happens, as it is on your End Phase.  On your opponent's end phase, Tempest will attempt to return to your hand, LaDD will negate it, and that's it.  Nothing more.  Unless LaDD did not have sufficient ATK/DEF to negate.

3.  Urgh...  Compulsory Evacuation Device...  ._.  Wynaut the Turk.

4.  I was there. :DD  Kizan was a super rare in Storm of Ragnarok, which introduced the Legendary Six Samurai. 

5.  Well, the person punished was Atlus.  So Atlus.

Why waste the time to rewrite what is already written, and ik #3 is wrong but the reaper is the only thing of death that is a card that i could think of
