You have lots of unneccesary cards there... Try my removing patrician, Vampire dudes field barriers basically most of the structure deck "enemy grave" cards.

the
deck strategy is to special summon zombies (discarding opponents deck
with bone tower) and inflicting 300 damage with paralyzing chain,
inflict direct damage dicarding one more card with blood suckers,
vampire lord/lady,inflicting more damage with the paralyzing chain, and
once per turn, your opponent takes 800 damage when a zombie is special
summoned from the underworld cannon.
