I am not sure about removing 3 Card From The Sky. Its a good draw engine when i dont have what to play. Its true that Xyz leviair or win-up zen will help + 4 darks for bls.
I`ll try and tell u if it works better.

Cards from the Sky limits you by an insane amount. Unless it is turn 1 you are giving your opponent a free chance to set up an XYZ or Synchro with the monster that survived your turn
