New testing system

At soem point, I think it'd be a good idea to take off the Tester's Dorm and the Test Results, seeing as how we don't test here anymore.

it confuses the new people to where we have to repeatedly tell each new recruit that doesn't read the post (http://www.duelacademy.net/t9933-testing-system?highlight=new+system) about the new testing system.

New testing system is being made, how ever for time being i would like to ask members just be patient. We wont return to old testing system either. SO just w8 and see what we are preparing for u guys.
