MACHINA FORTRESS

i dueled this guy(you know who you are) it didnt dawn on me until i dueled someone else with a similar deck, when he summoned him he just sent a gadget to the grave, and said their total levels are more then eight, he included fortress....is he right or is he wrong.. somone plz answer

Yes, you can use Fortress as part of his summoning cost.
