A meta deck is a deck that has a large success rate in competitions/tournaments, mainly official Konami ones. Six Sams, Blackwings, X-Sabers and other powerful decks make up the meta-game, and are considered tier 1 (or tier 0, if the deck has a high success rate without really needing to think about strategy or tactics).
