[ Obelisk Champ Challenge's Rules ]
1.Only duelists from Obelisk Blue can participate.
2.The tourny will be with 8or16 duelists
3.We use Dueling Network as a Duel System.
4.All duels will be match best 2/3, Deck change forbidden, Side Deck allowed.
5.In this Tournament are banned:
Exodia,Mill,Burn,Stall
6.If you can not reach your opponent(before that pm him) private message me.Do not post in the topic.
7.If you suspect your opponent is cheating then screen
it, put the duel on hold, and message me with the screens.
