Duel Academy Regionals - June 2011

In an attempt to form its own determinative tier list according to the decks generally preferred by DA students when competing in premier events, DA is launching its june Regional Tournament. I'd like to welcome everyone as well as state two basic things, DN is going to be used for this event, providing all the cards released so far and everyone will have to send their decklist before getting accepted.

Tournament Rules :

1. The Dueling Networkwill be used in order for THthe duels to be conducted between members throughout the whole event, without any card/deck restriction.

2. You must send me a personal message with your full deck list including Side Deck and Extra Deck. You aren't allowed to change your deck during the competition. Deck lists should be divided into categories of Monsters, Spells, Traps, Side, and Extra and contain exact card names. That being said, screenshots will not be accepted as valid entries.

3. Games will be Match Duels. You will play best 2 out of 3 and are allowed to use your Side Deck after the 1st and 2nd games. If you suspect your opponent of using cards that weren't initially in his Side Deck, send me a personal message and I'll confirm whether or not he/she has several cards in his Side Deck.

4. Swiss-system tournament rules apply and therefore players need to be paired to face each other for several rounds of competition. The winner (and top places) of the tournament is based on the final score.

Haven't seen Atlus online for yet, although I doubt he is inactive. So Atlus if you see this could you try to be online at the following times:

Every day ( you can take your pick ) between 22:00 and 02:00 GMT+2. That should be enough to catch each other online.

sorry for double posting like this but there are 2 things seriously bugging me.

1: I still havent been able to catch Atlus so we can duel for this, nor do I have received anything from him like a PM or a post here so idk if he is active.

2: So far only 1 match has been dueled out, which makes me think did peopel forget about this or do they just all refuse to duel or something.


Besides these above things, this also functions as a bump for this topic/tournament beause of issue number 2.

But could anyone from the staff take over this tournament from Chazz and KingyMP94. Since it seems either they both have forgotten about this ( along with plenty of players ) or they just do not want to do the work idk.
