 To send the decklist, you first need to screenshot it on DN, then you should go to the PM section found on the bar at the very top of your page, or the "My Private Messages" found in the bar that scrolls with you. Then you click to send a PM, put Jin's current username into the slot for who to send it to, title it, and post either the actual screenshot or a link to it into the chat box and hit send.

DN can generate Screenshots for you with the camera, in case you didn't know.
