Hi Guyz i was dueling with someone and here what did happen
Opp: First turn he did used Swap Frog eff to send Treeborn Frog to graveyard
and he end his turn.
Me: I did play Necrovalley and set solemn judgment and 1 Gravekeeper's Spy.
Opp: use the effect of Treeborn Frog to Special Summon him.
My Question is can my opp use Treeborn Frog effect while Necrovalley is on the field ?
