Well, change match ups would be better. Maybe someone more active duel naruto?

Which particular match-ups should I change?

As for inactive people, maybe I should DQ the inactive ones and give win to their opponent by default?

idk, Techo is not even around. Naruto either =/ only Gia, so if you do give wins by default then we would win.

I saw naruto some time ago

it is 7 vs 7 and IL is winning with 3-1, we need only 1 win, but the remaining members can't duel because of inactivity on RoS' side (if I am not mistaken) so what do u suggest?

I am online altmost everyday, i am not INACTIVE me and kiryu just cant be on in the same time.
