You test every member who gets into your dorm and see if he is fit for a better dorm or lesser or he is fit in your dorm...If u think he is not fitting in ur dorm the tester must re-test -- THIS IS COMPULSORY
If u like you can test good or too weak members in your dorm and give suggest dorm ups or downs (Downs will be rarely accepted)and we will think about the change in the dorm THINK... -- THIS IS OPTIONAL
Optional but good reports will be rewarded
Dorm Members - Dont irritate dorm leaders by asking them to test you. If u do u will be punished. Dont even ask[i]
