quick question about the field spell black garden. if the card is removed from the field do the monsters who were summoned while its effect was still active still have their attack halved?

If "Black Garden"'s effect is no longer being applied (i.e. "Black Garden" is negated or is removed from the field), the monsters' ATKs are still halved.[9]

So Yes The Monster's Attack would still Be Halfed.
