I suggest each admin is given their own duties...

GFX admin, Advancement admin and moderation admin

We gotta be more organized to prevent inactivity of admins

If an admin fails to do his job properly he is replaced..

If tasks are not given we wont have any count of the activity except posts....which is a foolish way to judge activity

Okay, I propose JY1 to be in charge of Forum Moderation. And everything present in the portal and Index of DA.

I propose myself as an administrator of tournaments, rules, and testers.

I propose Assassin to be in charge of everything about Offtopic zones. To post inscriptions to Dorm Leaders/Moderators.

And the 3 of us may select Moderators. Once in a month we should do a recheck of staff members.
