It seems to be testing very well, however I am limited to my other cards to test it against (which aren't terrible, but still) and I can't go to tournaments very often because they are far away. I am trying to get more worthwhile synchro's as well, though my job stinks so I am on limited funds. BTW, Reload is doing excellent.

Please give a general rating out of 10 as well as some advice on the deck. Tips on what cards to Side would be nice as well.

Thanks for giving it a rating out of 10. You're probably right about people just suggesting I spend more money, but hopefully someone else with a clue will give some insight.

Anyways, I have added the Trap "Miracle's Wake" and I will probably move Enemy Controller to the side deck. Miracle's Wake+Shining Angel is a neat combo because I can just ram him into an enemy to activate his effect then bring him back to the field.

And, I was also thinking about subscribing to Shonen Jump, thus giving me a few promo cards including "Lightning Warrior".
