Deck Name: Dragonstar Warriors (Warrior Deck)

This is what I have in my KCVDS (and Real-life) deck. Does anyone have any suggestions that would help improve this deck? If so, post your ideas.

This is really, REALLY, really, random. Random doesn't work in Yugioh.

You have a few decent cards, but no synergy whatsoever. Your deck won't run too smoothly.

You need to pick a specific theme to focus on. For example, you can focus your deck on summoning/playing a specific card, like Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode. Or you can focus on a specific archetype of monsters such as Blackwings, Elemental Heros, Crystal Beasts, Lightsworns, and so on.

If you're using KCVDS, you can pick basically card or archetype to focus your deck on. If it's your real-life deck, then I suggest Machina Gadgets. All you need to do is buy 3 Machina Mayhem Structure Decks, include a few staples, and you're good to go. Machina Gadgets do very well at tournaments.

Keep in mind there are more than just the A-C deck types. Pick your favorite deck type and go with it.

When selecting cards for your deck, make sure you analyze your card choices and determine which cards give you the most advantage and which cards are more situational. Try to avoid more situational cards, as they require more set-up and the deck loses consistency.

I don't have enough cards to make a theme deck. Are there good non-theme decks I could make? I don't have many duplicates of cards. Cards switch advice would be useful.

Like I said, in my post, use Machina Gadgets and buy 3 Machina Mayhem decks. That's probably the best you're gonna get.

If you want to get better, you need to buy more cards. Trollandtoad.com is a very cheep and reliable site. Most commons there are like 35-40 cents a card.

As far as your current deck, I don't know what you have so I can't really help you out too much. It's way too random.

Seriously, though, try not to post your real life decks here on Duel Academy. Everyone (me included) is gonna try and tell you to buy more cards and pick a theme.

On Monday, October 4th, 2010 @ 2 pm CST USA, I traded my "Ultimate Rare" Black Rose Dragon away for about 30 cards he didn't want/need. 5 of them were "Secret Rare" cards. Also, with his help, we made a deck from the cards I had (after we traded) and made this deck. (seen above) I anyone has any suggestions on how to make this deck better, let me know by posting your suggestions on this topic.

P.S. Do you think I made a good trade by trading my Black Rose Dragon (Ultimate-Rare) For 30 cards? (including 5 Super-Rares)

Do anyone have any suggestions to improve my "Dragonstar Warriors" deck??

Saturday, October 9th, 2010. I traded 4 cards for some cards that are more helpful. I am now 1 Blue-Eyes White Dragon away from having all the materials needed to summon Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon! I still need 4 more pieces of Exodia to have a Exodia/Blue-Eyes deck. I also have (by trading away my Colossal Fighter) Earthbound Immortal Ccarayhua.
