Does Pyro clock of destiny affect Satellite Cannon?
Ex: If I activate Pyro Clock Of Destiny would it cause Satellite Cannon to gain 2000 attack instead of 1000 at my end phase

It will not, cuz Pyro Clock of Destiny works only on cards that count turns like Swords of Revealing Light, Satellite Cannot counts End Phases.

Pyro Clock of Destiny can be used with cards like:

Swords of Revealing Light
Nightmare's Steelcage
Crush Card Virus (and other Viruses)
Final Countdown

It is only cards that count turns, not cards that activate during a particular phase of gameplay.
