LADD & DW

if my opponent summons a drill warrior and then he removes it with his eff , and in my turn i

summon LADD and i end . so then what will happen ?

and btw im wondering if there is a ham of DA that i can join

LaDD will negate the effect of Drill Warrior in the Standby Phase and Drill Warrior will stay in RFP and the opponent will not get to add a card to his/her hand. Drill Warrior only gets 1 chance to activate so it cannot use its effect again at any point. It will simply remain in RFP unless moved by a different card effect.
