Endymion Citadel vs MST

The condition :

A is using Endymion Citadel,and B use MST to negate it.

The question is...

When B use MST,A's Endymion Citadel get a spell counter to protect Endymion Citadel or Endymion Citadel doesn't get the spell counter because MST is Flash Magic Card ???

the result will be

A.My Endymion Castle
is destroyed

B.My Endymion Castle isn't destroyed because it get
spell counter from activation of MST

Magical Citadel of Endymion does not receive a spell counter until after the Spell card has finished resolving. If your Citadel does not have any Spell Counters on it and your opponent activates Mystical Space Typhoon to target it, it will be destroyed because by the time its effect would create a spell counter for it, it has already been destroyed.
