Just as the final fight of this battle begins, everything freezes around you. "Everything" in this case constitutes the goblin attack force about to rush at you, as everything else is either dead, scenery, or some combination of the two. This does not include yourself. You can move freely. It also does not seem to include the figure approaching you.

You look towards the movement, unable to get a proper glance out of your peripheral vision, but upon turning there is nothing there but the bloodied ground. You quickly turn forwards again, this time to find that none of the past scene is here either. There is nothing here. Your vision is full of yellowy orange shapes and blurs, extending forever into the horizon of your sight. Nothing, except the figure you almost took a glance of. You know it is that, though you are unsure of how you are so certain of this considering you didn't even catch a silhouette.
