That's stupid as shit and annoying.

The game is a great idea and wonderful. But there's just too many god damn threads of these. Hide them from the news feed, or just make a new row for them under the regular news feed.

I understand what you mean guys. There might be a few solutions to this problem. I'll see what I can do once I'll be able to hop on my Admin account.

Make a new usergroup that's invisible, and every member is automatically added to that group. Then set the dice game subforum to only be visible by members of that group. Then people that don't care about and never will participate can be removed and then they will be able to see the rest of the forum without dice game topics flooding the recent topic list. Pretty much the same thing you do with the Staff section and the Admin section.

shud do the opposite aka, only add members who are playing the game in the new group, not to delete the ones that are not playing

But then how do players sign up if they can't see the sign-up topic? I don't oppose the idea, just right now this game is also working without any moderation. If you have to add those who sign up to a group, then signups have to be moderated. Opting out seems like it would be a working system.

Yes, simply make a sign-up thread with an admin moderating it. I know it would make this more complicated but that is the best solution as long as there are people being bothered by it.

For now, we will assume all the people who have played before had already signed up.

or......well, if it works then simply make all the games within one big thread, maybe that will make the recording of the battle easier too, eh?

There already is a signup thread. It's just as stated, it's not currently moderated. Also, how do new players see the signup thread if it's in the section?

I guess simply move it outside of the section.

I think I actually get the idea now, though it must be said this was partly on account of the eagerly awaited 1.1 patch and partly because nothing else happened all day. I would prefer to talk with Lux regarding a solution.
