Zaborg isn't needed here and Kuraz needs a deck of his own. Many of the tribute fodder you have could also be better. You also have some spells and traps that doesn't help you that much. My fixes:

It's different from the usual Hamster Monarch, but I still think it can do very good.

i dont understand why Blackwing - Gale should be in since i dont got any other blackwings in my deck, am i missunderstanding the effect? please eksplain.


also mindcontrol, i cant use it for monarch feed, how can it become tactical used?

This doesn't need explanation..
Gale is one of the best tuners...its eff is really good as it half the Atk and Def of 1 face up monster your opponent controls
Mind control is good as well as you have 4 tuners...Take control of your opponent's monster and use it as a synchro material
Another use is that you can use it to take control of his monster to clear the field for your atk

that means that there isnt need for a secound blackwing for its effect to occure?

Yea...You just take it cuz it is a good tuner with good eff.
and there is no need for other BWs
