Greetings duelists. RA4EVA gang is taking over Obelisk Blue and Slifer Red but they ain't giving up without a fight. Let's get to the thing.


Rules: 
-TCG
-Best out of 3 match
-Burn, Mill, Stall, First Turn Kill or any Win Condition decks are banned!
-"RA4EVA" gang challenges for duels. 
-No deck lock
-When Obelisk/Slifer duelist loses to RA4EVA duelist, the latter duelist may challenge any particitaping duelist and they have 72 hours to respond to the duel. Of course, any legimate reason for not dueling is accepted.
-Once you ran out of hearts you are out
- No answer within 72 hours of a challenge from a gang member results in loss of a heart

Due to the nature of the event, hearts is the best format to use. As I anticipated, RA4EVAGANG (name change incoming soon @Centrik @Lux) will be the few, the proud - as such, I'm suggesting at least THRICE the average of participating opponents in hearts be awarded to RA4EVAGANG, while opponents will be awarded the TOTAL of participants between Slifer and Obby + the TOTAL times 0.25

Example: Obby has 5, Slifer has 7, RA4EVAGANG has 3
Obby & Slifer are awarded 15 Hearts (12 TOTAL + 12 x 0.25 = 3. Add together it equals 15), RA4EVAGANG is awarded 18 Hearts (Average is 6 x 3 = 18)
