Yes. You say which deck/decks you want. The owner of the shop will send the deck/decks to you. Then a staff member will transfer the duel points.

@ Slonaka : I see he have 1000 DPs now so i guess i can have my 250 ?

Transfered 150 DP from shafi. Someone else will have to transfer the DP from Kira.

I am pretty sure the 1000 DP he has now has been added by a mistake. He had 0 DP before, but that wasn't because he never got the 1000 DP for being Ra, but because he used them all.
I removed them again. If he for some reason earned those 1000 DP, then he'll get them back and you can get the 250 he owes you.
