All decks available?

I'm curently watching YGO series and I really want to play YGO again but I don't know any decks and I totally forgot all rulings.

Can you guy list all the decks? From god tier to shit tier.

Also, are there any sites that teach rulings? And no, DA is not an answer.

Really? I answered MST negates and I went up to Obelisk.

Only true duliests know that MST negates.

I'm pretty sure that if I were to chain MST to my opponent's Fire Formation - Tenki, my opponent wouldn't get to search a monster.

That's not negating. MST just makes Tenki not resolve.

Well best i can do is you try play testing and you will learn the rulings while playing

First time playing YGO again: lol I'm going to make a deck. I don't care about meta. I just want to play casually and happily. What's dueling about if it's not about fun? I'm going to test this Hero XYZ deck.

In-game: Opponent summons ton of Pendulum, XYZ shjts.

Me: GAME ON BITCH.

I just added random Lvl 4 Monsters that can swarm the field + Hero lol.

The deck looks kinda suck.....I'll post it in here and leave DA forever and never coem back.
