How do you do this shakey shakey effect if you know what I mean lol

Hey bby

So finish up your image -> New Layer -> Apply Image 

Once you've done that double click on the little image in the layers tab then a window should pop up



Should look like that 

Where the green box is make sure only G and B are checked

Click OK 

Then move the new layer to the left or right a little to get the 3D effect 

Erase the parts on the face
