So, I'm going to go through each hit and give my thoughts...


Monkeyboard - Yeah, this one's understandable, easily one of the best Performapals, although I still don't get why we never got a Pendulum Sorc hit...


Kaiser - ....Yeah, I got nothing... Bujins too gud?


Cir - Why is this not Dante?


Ehther - Yeah, dumb card in essence, and my monarch salt levels are pretty high.


Dark Destroyer - Probably should be banned in my opinion, but eh, it's at least a decent Kozmo hit, so I'll let it slide.


Kirin - Yeeeeuppp, especially with the advent of Metalfoes.


Beatrice - Why is this not Dante?


Emergency Teleport - Been a long time coming in all honesty, it's ridiculously splashable at this point.


Pantheism - Took. You. Long. Enough.


Pendulum Call - I guess this is insurance for magicians possibly filling the tier gap? idk.


Stormforth - Yeah... this did need a hit, especially with the ridiculous Ehter interaction.


Maxx "C" - Uhhhh, ok? One of the weirder hits this list, I'll admit.


Rai-Oh - Honestly, about time really.


Wind-Up Magician - Why is Zenmaity still banned?


Restrict - Yeah, irrelevant enough.


Allure - 'looks lovingly at Ghostricks and D/D


Gold Sarc - Ooh, Shiranui. But boo, Ritual Beasts

Welp as expected lel. Blue-eyes probably filling the top gap...


Monarchs got completly recked and even tho they will still be powerful, there consistency and best card in my opinion (Monarch Stormforth) got limited, so I don't see them keeping a high tear in the coming format. 


Dante still not Limited ffs...tho i will admit 2 Breatris on the field is such a di...also I would've banned cir if it was me, but meh...this and the Dante in grave loop is so annoying I can't even express. Anyways I actually still think BA will be viable with the 3 Dante. 


I'm fucking pissed about maxx "c" tho...it's not even a meta defying card! It's just the opposite, it's what made really cool but somewhat inconsistent decks viable and able to pack a punch against the higher tier decks, while also making the game faster overall. Meta decks don't use more then 2 anyways, but in the OCG this card is a staple for almost every deck...Fuck you Konami yet again...

Keep one eye on Infernoids this format. They have a shot to make waves, now that their worst match up (Kozmos) have been hit hard enough to reduce their impact, as well as good match ups against both BA and BEWD #ReasoningBackTo3ThoPlz. On the flipside, Kozmos can evolve from this (thanks to the metalfoe variant that is possible) and their worst match up has been nuked (Monarchs) tho I don't see them doing much. BA are well, BA. Dante should have been hit (been calling for it for a while). Monarchs and Pends may still do things, but will fade away for the most part imo.

Infernoids aren't a high tear material deck tho without Reasoning at 3 tbh. That is what made this deck so viable, and it's hit is why it faded in play. It had bad match-ups against Pendulum since they were outpaced...don't see them getting a good comeback tbh.

Wind-Ups might be able to hug tier 1.5ish now. It's essentially an Xyz toolbox similar to what PePe can do. Definitely gonna mess around with some lists.

It definitely was great and almost broken when Wine-up Shock Lock and OTK was a thing still. But as per KONAMI doing, they killed it and buried it so deep that even Adele couldn't dig that much.

Only reason they raped shaddolls were because they shat on kozmos (construct for the most part)

Anyways the hits here are reasonable, im a kozmo lover so im salty about the DD hit but its completely understandable (thought it would be banned Razz)

As for evilswarms...sorry, but tellars are a better version of evilswarm...Yes, 3 allure is basically a joy for the deck, but for me even constellar is an all round better deck...

Actually Kaiser kinda makes sence if you think about trains. They could make an almost unbeatable board with the level 10 that can protect itself from literally everything and has 4000 defence...add in a caiser and lol...shit recked
