[OCG January 2016 OCG Banlist

First of all, from now  the Full news and changes of the OCG Banlist will be on the Japan Site. So these listed on the VJUMP are just a part of those changes.

Konami said that after this Banlist:

Burning Abyss, Monarch & Blue-Eyes will be stronger. So if we count Blue-Eyes got a new support  but BA and Monarch already are META in OCG, Blue-Eyes is the next one!?

Happy for the performage engine finaly getting hit. They might deban Construct if that is still going , since Performages were the problem, not Shaddolls who were falling without performages. I'm hoping Konami will understand that Performages are the problem in TCG Aswell.

I'm waiting the Full Banlist, it seems OCG is balancing all stuff, except BA and Monarch of course.
