Spellcaster/Tuner/Effect

During either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated that targets this face-up card: You can send 1 Effect monster you control to the Graveyard; add up to 2 "Blue-Eyes" monsters with different names from your Deck to your hand. If this card is in your Graveyard: You can target 1 "Blue-Eyes" monster you control; shuffle it into the Deck, and if you do, Special Summon this card. You can only use 1 "Priestess with Eyes of Blue" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

Flute got a new friend, I have to check how this can work a part of that and to quickly summon Ultimate.

Be interested to see where this is going, since this pretty much confirms a Blue-Eyes archetype.

well but so far only the Dragons are "Blue-Eyes". So there's no other target.

I think on the Millenium Pack or the Movie 2016 there will be a new Blue-Eyes Main Deck monsters otherwise this is useless
