Everytime I logg in and I want to enter the chatbox it seems it is down or something, cause I cannot get in.

Or is there some reason the chatbow is disabled or something?

This happens from time to time, just refresh the page and try again.

Which chatbox are you having problems with? The pop up one or the full screen one?

We have no control over the chat. If anything It's forumotion that keeps messing up their code.
