[SCD New] Harmful Wind

You can only use each effect of “Harmful Wind” once per turn. (1) If you gain Life Points: Target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy it. (2) If you control an “Aroma” monster while your LP is at least 3000 higher than your opponent’s LP: You can pay the difference in LP; destroy any number of monsters your opponent controls whose combined ATK is less than or equal to the amount paid.
