just want confirmation dark factory cant be used if there is less than 2 normal monsters in grave?

That is correct, you cannot activate 'Dark Factory of Mass Production' if there are less than 2 targets for the effect in the player's graveyard.

yep thought so i played a guy in a ranked mach on dn who tried to use it when he only had burstinatrix and wildheart in his grave so he quit when i said he cant do it

To save future confusion, unless the card text contains the words "up to", then you have to follow the exact amount it mentions.
