Help with a HERO deck?

Hiya, i was wondering if anyone could help me with my Masked hero build, im limited to what i have right now but i think this is a decent start, any tips or help would be appreciated

First off, I'd highly recommend getting 3 copies of the structure deck If you have not done so already. It's nice and cheap and 3 copies gets you triples of many cards you will need in triples.

Also what other staple cards do you have access to?

Instead of writing a text wall for you. I've decided to make things simpler.

With the collection of cards you've displayed and 3 copies of the structure deck. I've created a Budget friendly version for you. The only things you'll need are 2 copies of 'King of the Swamp' to tutor Poly, making the fusions more consistent.

This will give you a decent basis for a budget build to compete at a local level.

Edit: Drop the R- Righteous Justice and the Warrior Returning Alive for 3 MST as well if you can.
