Speed Roid Sheibu Meran

Once per turn: You can target 1 monster on the field; change this card to Defense Position, and if you do, that target loses 300 ATK.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) while you control nomonsters.

Speed Roid Double Yoyo

If this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Level 3 or lower "Speed Roid" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it.

It's bad regardless.

In the anime Ute used its effect to negate it by himself that way Clear Wing Dragon gained 2000 ATK: 3

They make everything so situational in Anime so yeah...

but it has 2000 ATK points without backrow effects. so it's okay.
