If your opponent controls a Level 5 or higher monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). A Synchro Summon of a monster using this card as a Synchro Material cannot be negated, also your opponent cannot activate cards or effects when that monster is Synchro Summoned.

Ok so basically a free level 8 syncro, very cool! I mean you get to keep a safe stardust, and get its effect off. I enjoy any type of syncro support Konami gives, their my favorite concept in this game insofar. Overall though, probably wouldn't use this too much, because syncro monsters dont have enough support yet, to really make a good syncro deck, imo.

8, 7, 9, 11 or whatever level you can do xD
