I made this because someone misread a status on DNF that said "R E B O R N T E N G U H E R O S". They asked what "Reborn Penguin Heros" were and I saw that comment. And then this deck was born.

Explanation of a couple choices:
Neos Ailus Works with Common Charity and/or Rescue Rabbit in addition to being a HERO to fuse with.
Common Charity because 8 normals.
Not sure what else I can explain in an understandable manner.
Extra especially needs work.
Worried I have too many draw cards considering I have Rabbit and Emporer Penguin, bothn of which need cards in deck.
