(2) Once per turn, when an effect monster’s effect is activated that targets exactly 1 Level 5 or higher monster on the field: You can negate that activation, and if you do destroy it.
(3) If you destroy a monster with any of this card’s effects, this card gains ATK equal to that destroyed monster’s original ATK, until the end of the turn.

It looks cool, also this like works against many cards in this meta.

This card is simply Ye Bitch from the Artwork to the Effect ^^

These days, lvl 7 synchros are easy to pull out

Since Ritual doesn't go into "Extra Deck", unless Konami wanna surprise us, The only left dragon is the " X Fusion Dragon". SO fare we have " X  Pendulum Dragon", " X Synchro Dragon" , "X Xyz Dragon". Cool. Arv-c every day gets better!

Synchros are overwhelmed by XYZ presence. Even if they were easy to summon people would still prefer to get an XYZ on the field the majority of time.
