Dragon Rulers Full Potential In Decks that Arent Dragon Rulers! P_P

So yeah, i will show you my collection of decks that i think that decks can benefit the most of their effects and easy special summons. Those are the decks that you use their effects to their full potential. I will name a few decks that can run dragon rulers but i dont want to add them in this list(I will tell you reasons why too):
Dragunity: Because you cant exceed with tempest.
Battlin' Boxers: Cant exceed too.


Now lets get to the decks shall we?
Evols: Can exceed into rank 7 with Blaster, they make his effect alive and he is a beatstick. Decklist: https://i.imgur.com/LvkPLXQ.png
Harpies: Can exceed into rank 7, combos well with Channeler, make his effect alive (can search pet dragons) and he is a beatstick. Decklist: https://i.imgur.com/12OCfBt.png

You forgot gadgets... redox in gadget is broken as fuuck. So is tinplate godfish.

Kairi, the reason i didnt add gadgets is because i cant exceed with other monsters to get rank 7. Thats why i didnt add that deck.

You new :O ? Laval Blaster easy summons 2 Qusar in one turn (yes i said one), only fully armed Power Tool Dragon can take that down whit ease .

what about super poly, solemn warning, solemn judgment.
you can also outsmart them using big eye and draccosack using the right cards.
Quasar may be broke but sadly they are probable a tier 2 deck at most.

Anyways, cool decks bro. Maybe i'll make something out of them as well. Probable I can use Rock-Beatdown with redox and Galaxy queen's light. sounds trolish to me lol.
