So I saw this new pendulum archetype, and I thought it looked really unique. The way that all of the monster bounce back to the hand at the end of the turn in some way or another really opens up the strategy (and the field). They also have some very defensive pendulum monsters and can easily OTK on the first turn, if not on the next few turns (Tenki and Odd-Eyes help a lot for the searches), plus the all important effect to return cards to the hand, which comes up on a few of the cards. And let's not forget the counterall trap card. :D
I also see a lot of combos with the Wind Valley.
I think some of the key pros of this effect are that the individual effects upon summoning can be used and reused continuously. This also means you have to decide whether you want to use the monsters as xyz materials or wait for the next turn to use their effects again, so a little more flexability. Another one might be that they are more safe from harm in your hand then on the field (examples being raigeki or dark hole).
The big cons for this type of play is that, well... you're very open to otk's. This is something that I lose to more often than not.
Having your own honest when having no monsters on the field most of the time isn't the best thing to have either, but then again, he can boost your monster on your turn anyways.
SO yeah, I wanted to see what the people here think of the Hermit Youkai.
