General Info: The Deck main purpose is Ritual Summoning Saffira, Queen of Dragons With Hymn Of Light using as tributes Djinn Demolisher of Rituals And Djinn Releaser of Rituals to create a LOCKDOWN: Only Your opponent will be unable to special summon OR target Saffira with card effects.

Cards Analysis

• Djinn Demolisher of Rituals and Djinn Releaser of Rituals: As long as the Ritual Summoned monster is Face-up On the field it gains respectively the effects of: Prevent your opponent from Targeting It AND Prevent your Opponent to Special Summon any Monster. Djinn of Rituals can be banished from the Graveyard for A Ritual Summon, And in this built you have a lot of cards to do it!
• Tour Guide From the Underworld: When Normal Summoned can Special Summon another Level 3 FIEND monster from your hand or Deck: It can put the Djinn of Rituals quickly on the Field! Also you can Xyz Summon and then Detach the Djinn of Ritual to banish it when you are attemping to Ritual Summon! That's Great.
• Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands and Preparation of Rites: Manju can search 1 Ritual Spell card OR 1 Ritual Monster from your deck; Preparation can search 1 Ritual Monster from your Deck, And if Able and you want can take a Ritual Spell from your Graveyard too.
• Scarm, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss: Can search the Djinn of Rituals, Tour Guide From the Underworld or another Malebranche of the Burning Abyss except another Scarm.
• Number 49: Fortune Tune: The Recycler. He can return to the Deck itself AND another 2 Level 3 Monsters such as a Malebranche of the Burning Abyss or Tour Guide From The Underworld. Even the Djinn of Rituals can be recycled - But you may need them in Graveyard xD
• Cir, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss and Graff, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss: Cir can special summon Another Burning Abyss in your Graveyard. Graff instead another Burning Abyss from the Deck. Use them wisely to create defense! Also them all 3 can Special Summon themselves from the Hand. But Remember only 1 of the two effects can be used per turn.
• Hymn Of Light: the Ritual Spell to Ritual Summon Saffira; Also If a face-up Ritual Monster you control would be destroyed, you can banish this card from your Graveyard instead. Note that this effect does not start a Chain Link AND can also be applied during the Damage Step.
• Saffira, Queen of Dragons: The Ritual Monster; It can active 1 of its effect once per turn, when you send a Light monster from your Deck or Hand to the Graveyard. Its effects can be used to "control" the game. She can makee your opponent discard a random card from the Hand, Or make you Draw 2 Card Or even Add 1 LIGHT monster from your Graveyard to your hand.
• Honest: Saffira can Recycle him and in other Words you have a Loop!
• Upstart Goblin, Hand Destruction, Allure of Darkness: Make you Draw and Draw more. Hand Destruction can Set-up the Djinn of Rituals in your graveyard to banish them when needed.
• Black Luster Soldier - Envoy Of the Beginning: your graveyard is full of DARK and Light Monsters! So here you have your Special Guest Star.
• Dante, Traveler of the Burning Abyss: Xyz Summon this guy with the help of The Malebranche of the Burning Abyss or Tour Guide From the Underworld. After that you can Mill your Deck to set-up your Graveyard.
• Mechquipped Angineer: Xyz Summon this guy to protect your Saffira or Just for Defensive tactis! you can detech the Djinn of Ritual or Malebranche to set-up it!
• Leviair the sea dragon: Use it to Special Summon your banished Djinn Of Rituals
• Ghostrick Alucard: Destroy your opponent's SET cards!
• Number 47: Nightmare Shark: Xyz Summon this guy to attack directly!
• Wind-up Zenmaines and Downerd Magican, Fairy Cheer Girl Bottomless Trap Hole and Solem Warning : Defensive tactics.
• Burial From The Different Dimension: Re-put in the Graveyard the Djinn Of Rituals.

You can change the Minor Cards (those in Violet\pink) for Others. Such as Reckless Greed, CarCard D etc. OR make the Deck more "protected" with Mirror Forces etc. Customize it as you prefer.

ANZO I read that now the decklist can be TCG/OCG. SO we can mix OCG with TCG. But I assume the Banlist of reference is Still TCG right ? Thx

It is true, TCG+OCG are allowed in Pro Decklists. If you're going to use something which is exclusive for OCG, mention It so It doesn't make any confusion.
